The restaurant is decorated in elegant and clean manner and can accommodate more than 1000 people for meals at the same time. The restaurant has made a point of organizing a contingent of chefs who are adept at preparing the medicinal and health-preserving food, have both profound medical treatment experience and many years’ cooking techniques and work together for the research and study of the medicinal cuisine books related to the imperial court and civil medicine and collect and prepare a batch of special medicinal cuisine recipes and all kinds of nutritious dishes with the raw materials taken from the pollution-free and natural green vegetables, melons and fruits, fungus, medicinal herbs, which shall then be prepared and cooked in a meticulous and delicate way to present the customers with the delicious dishes of all types and colors.
